Rune Eraker (f.1961) har i mer enn 25 år arbeidet som uavhengig dokumentarfotograf. Han har bak seg en rekke separatutstilinger (bl.a. Stenersenmuseet 2001, Trondheim Kunstmuseum 2006, Nobels Fredssenter 2009 og Sørlandets Kunstmuseum 2010) og publiseringer i inn og utland. Han har gitt ut flere fotobøker (bl.a.”Øyeblikk av Lys”, Aschehoug forlag 2001, ”Lukten av savn”, Wigestrand forlag 2005, og ”Drømmen om Europa”, Forlaget Press 2009). Han er redaktør av Norwegian Journal of Photography (NJP) og er en av fire kuratorer i European Photo Exhibition Award (EPEA). Eraker stilte i 2014 ut separatutstilling “Uprooted” på Museum of Contemporary Art i Krakow (MOCAK).

Currently he is heading the editorial team of Norwegian Journal of Photography, and he is one of four curators at European Photo Exhibition Award (EPEA).
